    How can the same people who say the states should decide marriage make the claim that states can't decide whether or not to allow conversion therapy? Hypocritical if you ask me.

    First things first fill the vacancy in the supreme court with another liberal. Then let's here the LGBT issues. It will be more effective for us when we 3 conservatives 1 swing vote and 5 liberals.

    I think with the SCOTUS split among ideological lines you're going to see a lot of refusal to hear cases this year, unless there's an obvious consensus. I've been told that without a majority opinion, it's not a prescient setting decision, which means another case could revisit the same issue at a later date. :frowning2: Still, it's good news for now. :slight_smile:
