    What's really interesting here is... a lot of big, important things, nobody pays attention to. But for whatever reason, SPORTS seems to be something that commands a ridiculous and disproportionate amount of attention in this country.

    So it's very possible that the NCAA taking a stand, especially if the NBA and NFL follow, could push things toward change in a way that endless rallies, laws, and other means cannot. Screwed up priorities, but it might work to our advantage here.

    I agree this is quite interesting to note. While this is not how I imagine my social change happening, I'll take what I can get here....
