If they act in an intimidating or otherwise innapropriate manner then eject them just like anybody else.

I just love that these people are contradicting what they say. If they truly wanted the bathroom to be a safe place, they would leave it alone and not bother doing anything. My guess is that they are just doing this to create more fear. I really hope it backfires and they get arrested for harassment or trespassing.

I thought this was just some kind of a sick joke made by youtube commenters... but people are really this level of stupid? I guess I'm not entirely shocked but yikes.

I don't think there should be an issue differentiating between a real trans person and a grumpy homophobe though. Most of them probably have big beards, very deep voices, and confederate flag tattoos or stuff in the category. Egh. :eusa_doh:

This isn't even the first "test". Out in my area, a guy did it in Seattle and was told to leave despite saying "the law says I can be here". That's about all he said, since he didn't actually try to assert that they weren't cis.

They get escorted out for causing disturbances and are told that if they come back they will be arrested for trespassing

Yep. It's mostly cis men who are responsible for murdering and sexually abusing trans women (and men), as well as cis women (and men). Yet they're convinced it's transgenders (trans women, of course) are the real threat to their daughters.

Pointing out a statistical fact is not bigotry. Stop deflecting.

The vast majority of assaults against women are perpetrated by men. Fact. That is not the same as saying "all men are rapists". In before MRA BS.

I know you claimed in another post that you have a problem with women, and that's fine, but that doesn't make facts untrue.

Numbers of arrests and crimes committed by cisgender males against those demographics are astronomically higher. In fact more legitimate rapes go unreported (especially in colleges) than you know.

So don't say the facts aren't there that in terms of sexually related crimes that cis males are the biggest perpetrators. It is not trans women "pretending" just to more easily rape women and girls.

You assume that I said all males are evil. Quite the contrary. Your problem is you read what you want. Not what is said. Statistically cis gender males commit these crimes more than any other demographic.

I changed it to "have a problem with" because looking it over, "hate" was too strong a word. But you made a big spiel in another thread about your negative feelings toward women, which undoubtedly have an effect on the kinds of issues being brought up in this thread.

Well I hate generalization mentality. I was sexually harrassed and sexually assaulted by a girl at school and I was advised by a lawyer not to report it because if she filed a counter claim than I was significantly more likely to get in trouble than her. I don't cae what statistics say, the mentality is harmful and disgusting.

I am scared of women and I tend to not like being around them. I don't think that's having a problem with them. That's acting out of impulse and I am well aware that it's illoical. Don't go putting words in my mouth. I never said that I don't like women.

Generalizing would have been to say all (cis) men are responsible, or something along those lines. Mentioning how they're disproportionately more likely to be a threat to women (cis and trans) isn't bigotry at all, especially when the bigots themselves are (cis) men trying to take away trans rights (while catching others in the crossfire, like that lesbian who was frisked by police).
