    I'm surprised nobody posted this yet. The L.A. Pride event was close to becoming another Orlando. :frowning2:

    With the increase in acceptance of LGBT people (the legalization of same-sex marriage nationwide as well as the "bathroom troubles" in some states) is going to increase retribution from extremists opposed to LGBT acceptance. In Israel last year, an extreme Jew stabbed a number of attendees of a pride parade there. This is what happens.

    I do hope that eventually people will calm down and most will just realize there is no stopping LGBT acceptance. And bigoted violence only makes us more determined.

    I already had no faith left in humanity. After today I'm pretty sure it's a negative number.

    I honestly don't even know what else to say. I don't feel he should ever see daylight again, but then I'd feel bad for the prisoners stuck with him.

    I'm so glad they managed to prevent anything bad from happening like in Orlando. There seems to be a lot of this sort of thing happening at the moment. At school today we were talking about Ramadan: any connection? Having said that, this guy doesn't sound like a Muslim but you never know.

    I agree. Of course, we have problems with police violence and that sort of thing, but not every cop is bad, and probably, the majority of them are good. That however, is for another discussion.

    I'm glad they found this man before he could do anything. I hope he stays behind bars.
