I didn't do any sort of organizing last year since I knew how the general student body would react, but I did participate - and it went well. I got some questions about what the day meant, which I was glad to explain in written form, and I didn't break the silence all day. I certainly plan on doing it again this year, and hopefully I'll be able to get some of my friends to go along.

We're on school break during that week. I'm so disappointed because there was one class I really wanted to "loudly" be silent during, a class with a really conservative teacher. But, I was also disappointed in general. I feel like we're missing out.
