I don't think this was posted yet. http://www.edgeboston.com/index.php?ch=news&sc=&sc2=features&sc3=&id=89238 I think it's hilarious that they try to apply their religious views on this...in the state where prostitution and gambling is legal. I thought things would be different when I moved, I guess I was wrong.
Wow, I'm not gonna lie--that hurt. Maybe Nevada should look into what happened in Iowa, and Connecticut, and Massachusetts, and realize that it's not such a big deal. We'll persevere in the end, though.
Incredibly hypocritical, but then, is it any great surprise? Anyone who's been on the Strip in Vegas will know that sexual perversion and lewdness is pervasive there, in fact it's HANDED OUT to you every ten feet by porn-pushers. And they don't care if you're married and have children right beside you, they do it anyway. But that's fine. Go ahead and label the LGBT community as a threat to your little ones in a public bathroom. Just be sure to stay indoors in good ol' "proper" Nevada!! (helpful hint: Utah is just next door to you, shhhh don't tell anyone!)
great another exscuse to stay away from vegas i look forward to equality its a long old fight i dont like lgbt beeing anywhere near the word pedophile its really offensive to me and just wrong
Vegas is pretty cool, I've lived here for eleven years before...it's a good place to grow up in. It's a lot different than Texas though, with all the haters... Most of the casinos here even welcome the gay community with open arms (Google it). I think the problem is that we're next to Utah....there's A LOT of LDS members in Sin City...it's insane.
