I think it's important to educate children on these matters and not leave them confused. Interesting mini article though, thank you for posting it

wtf? I'd say that judges like these should be prohibited from exposing the society to narrow-mindedness.

It's ass backwards thinking like that that makes me embarrassed to be from the south sometimes.

its thinking like that that should make people ashamed to be human as it shows how small a race can be

    good outcome though

you know, they never covered gays in my PSHE classes
I completely agree with everyone. they should teach about that :icon_bigg

^They never covered it down here either, but part of being in the south means most of your health education is limited to "If you have sex, you will get infected, so it best be with the virgin you're married to!". I always laughed during that part, but I also got angry because of how it doesn't apply in the same way to an entire population that the public forbids from being allowed to marry. I had the same reaction in the part about accidental pregnancies - again, an entire population who has nothing to worry about in that regard, and they ignore us.

Not only did they have a little pledge "signup sheet" that you could choose (but were strongly suggested) to sign, they passed out little ID-sized cards that said "I'm worth it!" and had a place on the back to sign.

Once again, ignoring the fact that millions of people are not allowed to marry by the same people who push for these abstinence programs.
