    strikers they really need to be more considerate they want better treatment ...dont step on others:frowning2:

    heard alot abotu strikeing latelly over here a bunch at a plant striked without the unions backing as it would of lost its funding by the company...thus it was a unnofficial strike so tehy all got sacked and now the company is cherry picking employees back and wages ae negotiable:s
