    Wow, they're one of the last places I'd think would allow any sort of gay rights. It means another step in the right direction, so that's good. :thumbsup:

    Oh, I just noticed this article was written in 2007. This means that Uruguay is already farther ahead than most other countries, that shocks me. :eek:

    But it's good that Latin America is looking towards more equality, maybe it will help spread rights for everyone worldwide.
