Even though political parties are not allowed in Saudi Arabia the Green party of Saudi Arabia has recently been established. A few of their platforms includes:

Section 14. Citizens who are suffering from gender identity disorder shall be treated with dignity and respect. Such persons shall, with proper medical approval, have the right to have applicable surgery and to have new legal documents.

Section 16. Sexual orientation shall be treated as a genetic difference, which is not cause for discrimination or harassment. Civil unions shall be provided for same-sex couples

Well it is unlikely that the Green party in Saudi Arabia would hold political party in todays climate in that country, however it is an encouraging sign that there are concerned people within Saudi Arabia that wishes to establish a more free and non more equal society.
