    I'm liking this.

    People who don't want gay couples to be married will HAVE to support gay marriage so the couple can get divorced. If they don't support it, they'll have to deal with the fact that there's a legally married gay couple in TX. ^_^ I love irony.

    Wha? Fwa? Did... did I just read that right? This... this is from Dallas Morning News?

    There's not, like, a second Dallas somewhere? Did the U.S. grow a second Texas?

    Holy crap!

    It's funny, Governor Perry, that the constitutional ban received a greater percentage of the vote than you did in the gubernatorial election. Just sayin'. (... Though, sadly, I know it'd probably only win him political points down here to go all anti-same-sex marriage again. Ugghh I WANT HIM OUT OF OFFICE. WHY IS HE RUNNING AGAIN oh right, no term limits down here, damn.)

    I still love the "BUT IT'S DEMOCRACY!" argument. Yeah, I mean, when has the majority taking rights away from a minority ever ended badly? Surely they only use their powers for good! >.> ... Yeeeeah, I know, I'm preaching to the choir, here.

    Still! Yay for this judgey person. =D

    If anything, Texas would be last on the list to repeal the gay marriage ban....that's if they even think about doing it!

    I can't wait to move back to Nevada. :/

    It's nice to see a little bit happening, but I highly doubt this will actually end up in any progress.

    Kudos to this judge, but I wouldn't be a liberal New Mexican if I didn't take this opportunity to poke fun at Texas.

    Texas =(.

    I see this back firing

    I hate being the cynic, but we have to remeber this was a state that 30 years ago, lynchmobbing was still common, and though illegal, few who were arrested for it were charged because of a corrupt system.

    I hate how I thought the same thing, even though I've lived in Texas for 20 years of my life.

    But still, progress is progress. Hopefully we'll see more of it here...

    Okay, guys, seriously, Texas isn't that bad at all. Our government is idiotic, yeah, and we elected a moron as governer. You'd be suprised at the amount of pro-gay people down here. I've been compleatly open for years and haven't experinced really anything in the way of homophobia. I love Texas. We just have an idiotic government.

    And no, I'm not a hick or anything. It's funny how people think a bunch of horse riding-republican-black hating-gay bashing-people live down here. In reality, there's much more of those types of people in Mississippi, Alabama and Flordia. We have our issues, but its still a great place.
