    it is exciting, but you probably shouldn't get to excited. the Australian people might appear pretty Progressive, but i don't think our government reflects that.

    at least it's raising awareness. On the 28th November, there's going to be some rallies around Australia in support of the bill, and what's being called the start of "the National Year of Action"(NYA).

    so 2010 might be the year we make more progress towards Marriage Equality in Australia :slight_smile:
