ENDA- anti work place and housing non discrimination act (federal)

    Marriage- New York
    New Jersey
    District of Columbia

Other in my country and or state.

please pick on and explain why you want to see this before the end of 2009.

I personally want ENDA because it is long overdue and has the most implications in allowing things like DADT to be repealed in 2010.

^I agree with you. Although it'd be interesting if Same Sex Marriage got passed in NY, don't know if that's gonna work though.

    DADT repealled.

It is counter productive, and makes america unsafe. We are on two wars, and we are turning people away because they dont have sex with the opposate gender. They will ban you from serving for liking other guys/girls, but they will only slap you on the wrist and give you a desk job for raping foriegn civilians.

Gay Marriage in New York and Florida. (I visit Florida once or twice a year, and I'd kill to get married in what I consider a second home.)

I still don't understand why NY doesn't have same-sex marriage or civil unions. New York City (the major city in it) has people from all walks of life... Yes I know it's one city, but the whole world looks to it..

ell, new york city may be progressive and liberally leaning, it is surronded by predominately moderate to conservative areas.

FULL EQUALITY FOR ALL PEOPLE ON ALL FRONTS!

Oh, welcome back to Earth.

I would settle for ENDA and some form of progress on DADT and DOMA though. I really don't see anything else coming to a head in the next month.

Oh, I like that! lol I will settle for ENDA. We've got Hate Crimes and this would be another BIGGIE that needs to happen. By the way, ENDA goes to the House in the next couple of weeks. Please call your legislators NOW!

I figured we'd have a shot at ENDA now. Has the Senate scheduled final markup do you know? I would love to see Obama sign this before Christmas. To me this is the most important piece of LGBT legislation that is pending....and opens many doors to other things come next year.
