should we really be surprised? It is the same catholic buracracy overseeing this that also oversaw and failed to put a stop to decades of pedohillia rape and molestation of children. The church has little accountability when it comes to the people that make up/are apart of the hierarchy. If i remeber correctly, this guy was apart of a sort of honor guard, but not part of the priesthood/theocracy. just further proof that the vatican needs to learn to do background checks.
