    i dont see why someones sexuality should even be considered when taking a job. aslong as they can do the work thats all that matters surely?

    this is just another waste of time and a sound bite for a governor to help get votes as this makes no difference anywhere tbh as people can just ignore him.

    Gender, sexuality, race, background...none of those should matter at all with employment.

    the problem is, he put in a executive order making discrimination legal... this is a directive, and provides not legal protection. they can still fire you for being gay, and get away with it.

    It's sad... I'm pretty sure a friend I have in Atlanta may have been fired because he has a male partner. :frowning2:

    exactly its a total load of bs. the thing is people can always fire you and come up with some shit reason why they did it.

    It is sad that he even had to make that comment. I hope and think he is sincere, and I applaud him for saying it.
