    Not sure if this was posted earlier on EC, but this is the inspiring 10-year old boy from Arkansas who refused to say the pledge of allegiance in school. This interview aired on CNN back in November, but this weekend he won an award for ourstanding TV journalism from GLAAD, so I thought it would be timely to bring it up again, especially for those newbs like me!!

    This is one of the most heartwarming and awesome clips I've ever see - this kid is a bigger man than I am. And his dad rocks!! And the clip contains what I'd consider to be one of the all-time best questions ever asked by a reporter...

    Here's the news on the award;

    that wee kid is the most awesome person in history and seems REALLY smart, "I don't really know it's a discriminatory name for homosexuals" when I was 10 I didn't know the meaning of the words discriminatory or homosexual, that's awesome!
