    I'm pretty sure it does. If you think about all the LGBT people who think about serving but don't because of that policy? I'm sure it's a substantial amount. This is why the USA need more census reports. LGBT make up 10% of the population.. or at least have in previous studies.

    And all the people who have been fired because of it. It never ceases to amaze me to hear about the whining from higher ups about not enough people enlisting, not enough servicemen, not enough Arabic translators... only to read they fired more than 50 translators because of DADT.
