Homosexuality and the Indian culture

    Ok i was sent this video and thought it may be helpful for other people who like me come from a culture where homosexuality is not widely accepted. I thought it was quite nice to see an older lady offering these kind words. This is not to say that ALL older people are negative towards gay people, its just you dont often see older people from different cultures being publicly supportive.

    Wow. That is pretty awesome. You don't hear much acceptance from other racial backgrounds. This is nice to see/hear.

    I don't like her advice thoughh... it's not something u can always tell your parents and everyone. Depending on your age and such. If he's been arranged to be married and isn't yet, he's probably still young. They can throw him out and such. And idk about that culture but if they aren't as accepting his life could be made way more difficult, and he might not be ready for that. Though they "don't have the right to condemn you" they still might.
