    Then change the laws. And least it didn't pull any garbage about the constitution or something like that.

    I'm fairly certain the judge can't change the law, the legislative body must do so. But maybe I'm wrong.

    I know. I'm saying that the legislature should change the laws. That's their whole purpose for existing.

    Well, Argentina will have gay marriage soon. Just a matter of time these days. The legislature is working on it :slight_smile:

    For a governor who allowed this marriage and then a judge discrediting it solely based on legislation leads me to believe that it could lead to pro-gay marriage legislation in the near future.
