    If it's a club at a public school, of course it shouldn't discriminate like this. Case closed.

    The school isn't even completely blocking the group saying it can't exist they are just not willing to give them funding unless they are willing to agree to all the policies the school has in place (just like any other student group) which includes the anti-discrimination policy.
