Lutheran church to reinstate gay pastor in Atlanta

I'm happy about this

 

It's very inspiring to me to hear of things like this happening in mainstream churches. I went to a meeting today that had supporting clergy from the Methodist and Presbyterian churches.

 

Alot of christians are waking up, and seeing that you can be gay and christian... even though some in other facets of the faith fail to see that according to the bible, you cant be a christian, and a hateful bigott, as both are afronts to christ's message... but yah, he methodist, pyresbitarian, lutherens, and the universalists are really leading the way. They are taking the intiative to see people not by their sexuality, but by the quality of their heart, and their compassion for others, which after all is what christianity is suposed to be about.
