Why the hell did Martha Coakley run an awful campaign? She easily could have won, but I just have no comment on everything relating Scott Brown to Massachusetts.

posing naked for a nudie magazine frequented by gay males is perfectly fine for Scott Brown... but not letting gays help defend our country?

    douchebag...

A republican politician doesn't support gay rights? How surprising!

Well I'm not upset that I voted for him. Quite the contrary actually. And I doubt he said something like that and even if he did, he has stated that gay marriage is a settled issue in the state that he doesn't want to change; which is a hell of a lot better than a lot of other politicians in other states. So he doesn't back ending DADT, big deal like others said. He's just pandering to his voter base. But according to another thread that was posted, the Democrats say they have the votes necessary to end it anyway so it shouldn't matter if he votes no.

    Here’s the exact quote:http://www.boston.com/news/local/articles/2007/02/10/senator_causes_stir_by_reading_profanity/

He first got elected to the State Senate by opposing gay marriage.

Rather than compare him to politicians in other states why not compare him to other Massachusetts politicians, even other Massachusetts Republicans.
