Malawi gay man finds woman, couple splits: report

Either:

1. They're making it up (because there is no proof, at all) to try and make a point that homosexuality can be cure (or everyone's bisexual )
2. The guy was bisexual in the first place.

Malawi actually has multiple false news stories on their hands. They like to make up things to gain support from the people for their government. (That's exactly what North Korea does)
