I wish they could do these sort of gay proms in my area....though at the same time...I don't have a partner to take to it. I will admit though, I wish i had gotten to take a boy to prom :frowning2:

I'm making it my goal to be out and have a guy for whom I can be the best date ever in time for prom. ^_^

The group I volunteer for held one of those a few months ago. It was fantastic  And it's awesome that it's happening in other places too.

The city in my area had a gay prom 3 years ago but this was before I was out. I heard it was a big success.

Argh. I hate it. Why the fuck did they find it necessary to include that? The less publicity that bisexuality gets as a 'transition' orientation the better.

Other than that, I like that Alberta is continuing to change. I'm tired of the stupid stereotypes that we are a bunch of rednecks who hate all things different.

I did not have a date when I when to my prom I did not even know I was gay, I when there on my own and left on my own. Proberly better that way.
