    So both of them are getting partial custody of the kid?

    Yes, which means the judge sees them as legitamate parents. :3

    Yay for Ohio having no law regarding LGBT adoption. Better then them trying to pass something that allows LGBT adoption and it failing which is what would happen.

    From what i understand it can only be good? Both parents regardless of biology helped raise the child and want to continue to do so. It is an interesting one and raises a few points.

    i think it is good aslong as the ex partner does want to be in teh childs life and does love the child...

    i would be in a mess if i split up with my partner and the child i loved and raised was suddenly not mind and could never see the child again :frowning2:

    yay for the justice system...wow thats a weird thing for me to say haha
