    I don't know if it's good or bad.

    The referendum was to let the public decide. So I guess that means the courts will, and they tend to be more logical about things like this?

    So yay?

    Also, I love how multiples of Catholic nations are more progressive than mostly-Protestant nation when Catholicism is supposed to be conservative and Protestantism is supposed to be..more progressive.

    I don't understand this....I know Costa Rica and United States are different. But GOD...WHY COULDN'T THEY DO THIS FOR PROP 8 AND PROP 1 AND EVERY OTHER STINKING REFERENDUM?!

    In my opinion, this is good. The rights of minorities should never be left up to public referendum of the majority.
