GOP judges back gay marriage

    just remeber, a judical appointee has something politicians have on them, and that is that they do not have as much laditude for opinion as the law is more confining. That doesnt mean activisem doesnt happens in the judicial system, but the truth is that it is extremely limited... something GOP politicians would like to keep the citizens from knowing, which is why they constantly complain about liberal activist, yet for the last 150 years, it was the conservatively appointed judges that account for most all judicial activisem.

    we rarely have at the highest level liberally leaning courts.

    Judges are more confined, and they can get in alot of trouble for contradicting the constitution. Which is why alot of conservative judges are for marriage equality: there is not legitimate legal or moral reason to deny gay marriage. religion does not equal morality.
