Also, I thought it was illegal to actually have sex in public. Not about to. Because any lawyer can just say "Unless you're psychic and you knew they were, you can't charge them with that. According to them they were going to to back to their place which is perfectly legal."

And there is no way to prove otherwise.

 

I think it's very silly that they use it against us homos but not heteros. But public sex is just...stupid. You're basically just begging to get caught...
