    Hm, I shouldn't have said overturned. I should have said it was ruled unconstitutional. But oh well.

    it being ruled uncosntiutional effectively overturns it. I have not heard if a stay on marriage licenses until it goes to the appeals process has been enacted.

    Whenever it's appealed and the appeal is processed is when we will know the date.

    We probably wont know for a week. Maybe more. I don't know how long it takes for an appeal to go through.

    So I heard gay marriage isn't in immediate effect. Did it say in the ruling when it becomes legal again? Or because it's getting appealed they still aren't performing gay marriage.
