    Um probably the same reason why the Ninth Court of Appeals will most likely throw it out for lack of standing.

    start doing what walker did, and give detailed reasons for your rulings so they are not simply just allowed to claim homosexual bias and crap for when their constitutionally questionable attempts to overstep hundreds of years of judical procedure and protocall dont go as they demand it to, in defiance of judical law.
