    Nice. You also shouldn't even be involved in politics if you don't know that a U.S. state can NOT make it illegal. Lawrence vs. Texas already made that unconstitutional by the U.S. govt.

    if they try to do that, I say we sue the montana gop party for infringing on enshrined protected rights, as the supreme court has already made it very clear you cant outlaw lgbt.

    The only way it could be done is through an amendment to the federal constitution and that is not going to happen.

    The GOP in Montana is nuts, but it's nice to see that even most Republicans agree.
