    There's not much else you can do to punish kids when they are more of an indirect cause. Especially when they're showing signs of remorse and regret. Knowing what they did led to this boy's suicide is going to haunt them for the rest of their lives, and I don't think much more action is necessary, at least by the state. (except for perhaps more anti-bullying thingamabobbers and stuff, but thats a more borad action, while I meant specifically for these kids involved here. If they were more directly involved, then it would be entirely different.)
