Of course they are. Nothing makes for good media like a movie about a girl being banned from prom!

There's a Canadian movie about pretty much the exact same thing, about a guy and his boyfriend being banned from the prom. It's called "Prom Queen: The Marc Hall Story".

Yes there is, I own it and love it. I'm just saying it's been done. Plus this is ABC Family, they make movies just for the money these days not to make people aware. They'll probably put some crap in there just to make it more appealing >_> At least Prom Queen was released before gay marriage even was legalized in Canada to make people aware. Yes CTV made it, but they're a bit less money-monger or at least they were back then. Now any films released about these sorts of things are to make money because it's "controversial"....

Okay, nothing can beat The Marc Hall Story.

ABC can try. But they will fail. The Marc Hall Story is awesome.

    A. B. BLOODY C FAMILY.

I cannot stand their shows... and a show about a lesbian? When they've already stereotyped every group into the minds of 12 year olds? Dang.

Lets see how this ends... :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: I'll still watch it, just to see how much fail they can pack into it.
