    I actually agree with O'Donnell, it actually should be a decision made by The Pentagon (regardless if you are for DADT or not). If it were an actual policy instead of law, The President would have a much easier go in repealing it.
    However, since it is actual Federal Statute, it has to require Congressional involvement.

    Wait... the US army also doesn't allow affairs if you're married?
    Not that I condone affairs, but that seems like an invasion of privacy as well...
