Cops yesterday arrested an 11th person allegedly involved in the hate-crime attacks carried out by members of the Latin King Goonies gang.

Luis Garcia, 26, punched a 30-year-old victim twice with a chain wrapped around his fist during the Oct. 3-4 attacks in the Morris Heights section of The Bronx, police said.

The Hate Crimes Task Force busted Garcia at 5 p.m. at his home following a tip they received earlier, police added.

Garcia's fellow gang members also sodomized a 17-year-old recruit they thought was gay, attacked another 17-year-old and beat up the 30-year-old man's brother, according to cops.
