Gay father not allowed to be Scout leader

Life imitates South Park. *eyeroll*

 

Well, I mean I feel for the guy and feel for his son (he's right, it does send that message to his kid) but it really is no surprise...the Scouts have always been pretty clear with their stance on homosexuality.

I think the Scouts is a fantastic organization and do a great service...I obviously disagree with them on this, but I think on the whole the are a good group.

Besides, they are a private organization so they can do what they want.

 

Umm no it's actually South Park imitating Life. This sort of thing happens all the time in the Scouts. They're a bigoted, insensitive, idiotic organization.

It's a private organization. Yes it sucks, but they can do what they want. People need to quit reacting to gays in scouts as if it's news because it's really not.
