ironic, because the constitution is one of the most progressive and liberal documents in american history, compaired to the conservative, often religious ruled systems of goverment that came before it... at least in terms of documents that actually matter and shaped american history.

Lincoln was a liberal progressive, when you put his policies and political beliefs up against the beliefs of the republicans of today.

America is a constantly shifting experiment, and has been from day one. we live in a changing world, and we have to change with it, or we will self-destruct from within.

the constitution does not grant religious bigotts the right to keep DADT, because the military is a goverment institution, and cannot endorse religion, and by extension, cannot be imposed upon by religious belief. It upholds the freedom of religion of its members, but that is all the constitution requires.

we just need to create a gay religion, get enough followers, and in that religion, if you are not gay, so what, you just have to love your fellow man, whoever they are.

hate is a sin, tolerence and compassion is a virture.

let the bigotts wallow in their hypocritical vices of stupidity, greed, and hatefilled ignorance.
