    It's a bizarre statement, but at least he's giving everybody the official "When in Rome" warning. Otherwise, the government could easily turn the other cheek, then actively try to arrest any gay people they find.

    I guess they could still do that, actually, on second thought. I dunno.

    Just don't do the no-pants dance in Qatar.

    I'm pretty much as offended by the author's description of Qatar as a "Tiny scorpion infested country" as I am about anything else. >_>. I was going to go into a rant, but I'm just going to leave it at that.
