    Hmmm? I'm pretty sure at the moment same sex marrige is legal here. Last time they made it legal they tried doing it pretty quietly. But I suppose they could have changed it again.

    No it's not, Prop 8 made it illegal 2 years ago. Then Judge Walker legalized it again repealing Prop 8 and then the bigots appealed and now it's kinda on hiatus...lol. This is part 2 of the trial that's trying to change it.
