That's right. Let's break into 2011 with some Good News for once. On Jan 1st, two lesbian clergy within the Episcopal Church (which is the American part of the Worldwide Anglican Church, third largest Christian Communion in the World [after the Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox Communions), were married at Boston’s St Paul’s Cathedral by the Bishop of Massachusetts.

This is certainly not the first gay marriage in the Anglican Church, I believe it is certainly the first of it's kind.

While many other Conservative/fundamentalist Christian Communities are 'bashing' this mainstream Church, I say GOOD ON THEM!

The homophobes are just jealous that the gay couples are happier.
