which is why I think the DOJ has intentionally been weak in their defense of it. It is easier to get this one repealed through the court systems than it is through the legislative system. DADT was more onerous because it dealt with the military, which should be dealth with legislative, as then it has authority, as the legislature oversees military matters, not the judicial branch.
