    it's funny that you posted this because about 2 weeks ago i went with my mom to have lunch with Senator David Brinkley and his girlfriend who is friends with my mom. The 3 of us are all pro gay marriage and he is opposed so we ended up in a 6 hour conversation with him about it xD He is usually very socially moderate. I guess we didn't exactly convince him to change his mind :/
