    so basically, as this is a confusing article, are they saying that wyomning recongizes gay marriages preformed in other states in the here and now?

    No, they're saying that Wyoming does not NOT recognize gay marriages. In short, the question is still open.

    oh, so the bill was to allow the state to recognize same-sex marriages from out of state?

    No. While Wyo. does not support same-sex marriage, their consitution says nothing about recognizing (or not recognizing) out of state same-sex marriages. The bill would have made is so that out of state marriages were NOT recognized. So it's good in the "things havent gotten worse" way, but it really doesnt make anything better.

    I still want to say SUCK. ON. THAT!! XD
