He's an idiot, but I hope he's the idiot that wins the Republican nomination. That way, Obama is assured another 4 years.

Yes, Mike. The soldiers don't want gay people fighting side-by-side with them. That's why the report released in November said that 70% of soldiers interviewed said that the repeal of DADT would have no effect on unit cohesion. Glad to see he's following in Boehner's footsteps and fighting for the REALLY BIG MAJORITY of 30% of the population. Way to go, Huckabee. You're now a CERTIFIED dumbass! You were well on your way with that Chuck Norris commercial in 2008, but now you're accredited.

Also, why is it that these former Republican Governors always end up on FOX? Way to copy Palin! Huckabee, be original for once in your life. If you want shock value, switch parties. Oh, wait. That's been done, too. Joe Lieberman has beat you to the punch. HUCKABEE, YOU SCREWED!

Let's face it, when they say the surveys of the troops that have already been done aren't accurate, what they mean is that the surveys haven't gotten the results they want. And they'll keep saying that about any survey that is done unless it gets the results they already have decided upon.

He thinks that politicians shouldn't be telling the armed forces what to do? If so, he shouldn't be anywhere near the Oval Office. Civilian control of the military is incredibly important; anyone in the military will tell him so. It's called the chain of command, and at the top is the President's desk, with a little sign that says 'The Buck Stops Here.'
