Let's face it, when they say the surveys of the troops that have already been done aren't accurate, what they mean is that the surveys haven't gotten the results they want. And they'll keep saying that about any survey that is done unless it gets the results they already have decided upon.

Civilian control of the military is incredibly important; anyone in the military will tell him so.
