Young gay man Damian Furtch brutally beaten at McDonald's

I seriously doubt this. I'm betting he's jsut going for a lesser sentence than hate crime gives.

 

The perpetrator is homeless with a rap sheet including drugs and robbery. I rest my case. Prison may be what this man desperately needs to get his life in line. Hate crime or not.

 

I think he's playing gay to avoid the hate crimes charge, sorry, but if you yell fag while you beat someone, its a hate crime; even if you're a closet case and blow guys all weekend, but thats just my opinion, not sure about the law on that
