I've been through Mississippi on a trip to LA for a bowl game. (I used to march in the UGA Redcoat Marching Band a few yrs ago.) And we stopped in Tupelo, MS. I knew it would probably be a little backwards, but man, it was full of the stereotype redneck southerner you think about when you think of the South.
