    You would think this is a huge step to include the code into schools.
    It does make sense, my school already has that in our bullying code

    The racist get's suspended.

    Homophobe: YOU FRICKIN FAGGOT
    Same guy: Say that again and I will shove my foot down your throat.

    The "FAGGOT" get's suspended for threatening someone, and homophobe gets no punishment.

    That's something that actually happened to my friend Isaiah.
