Dumbasses. I admit that the word "queer" is not a word I prefer, but anyone with an ounce of common sense knows this is a word very commonly used among LGBT youth, in a positive way.

I think any gay slur, can be in fact taken back by the gay community. Homophobes use it to offend us, but it we acknowledge it as a part of who we are, and are proud of, the word no longer holds power over us. Queer, fag, gay. They all can be something to be proud of. I like to think "I'm a fag. I'm a queer, I'm gay," because I know it is a part of my identity, and nothing to be ashamed of.

But on topic, this sucks. We have freedom of speech for a reason. Bigots.
