    my personal opinion is that the only time court cases should not be broadcast is when we are talking about protecting the identity and privacy of a victim of a terrible crime.

    other than that, our judicial process should be open and viewable by anyone who wants to take the time to watch them.

    just because the homophobe team tried to imply that one elderly women having her yes on prop 8 sign disappear means gay rights activist are relatable to the terrorist who flew planes into the world trade center, pentagon, and a feild in pensylvanna *it was a claim in a video that was presented as evidence in the trial*, doesnt mean they should be able to hide their feeble, homophobic defenses of prop 8 from the public.
