Are gay men more at risk for cancer?

    I read a brief description of the study. It looks like it is severely flawed, and they're doing things like not accounting for the higher incidence of AIDS in the gay population, not looking at various other factors.

    From what I read, it didn't seem like there was any particular risk factor to *being gay* but to various other activities and things correlated with being gay. The quality of scholarship in a lot of research that gets published these days is really disappointing.

    Studies like this are what made my mother believe being gay meant I had a higher risk for lymphoma
